With more than 330 employees, Lufthansa InTouch Cape Town is the second biggest Service Centre in the Lufthansa InTouch network, operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. The Customer Service Consultants come from more than ten different countries and create a diverse working environment.
The Lufthansa InTouch Centre services customers in South Africa, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Great Britain, Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, the Baltics, Israel, and the United States of America. Services are provided in English, German, French, Dutch and Hebrew.
The portfolio of Lufthansa InTouch Cape Town includes a variety of Business-2-Customer (B2C) and Business-2-Business (B2B) services, such as General Reservations, Miles & More status customer handling, Ticketing, Airport Services (like baggage tracing and irregularity handling), Web Support for Europe, USA, Asia and Africa, Social Media, Travel Agency Support, Group Sales and Lufthansa Cargo Services.

iThemba Pre-Primary School
The Pre-Primary School was founded in 2006 by Lufthansa InTouch Cape Town employees in cooperation with Lufthansa’s non-profit organisation Help Alliance. This social responsibility project aims to improve the education of children aged between three and six in the Capricorn Township.
